  • Hi! I messaged you at the beginning of december about a meal plan. Since then I have stuck to it and have seen some insane results! Obviously no where near as insane as your body but I am so much happier with it!!:) I have increased my exercise and have tried the Kayla Itsines workout as well if you've heard of her? I was never massive but never had much tone. My twin sister was impressed with my results so far and has asked me to help her eat the same as she has always been a bigger girl and extremely fussy with her food. Her boyfriend leaves today for a few weeks and wants to surprise him when he gets back! I'll let you know how she goes! I also have tried the proper protein which you suggested and it is so delicious!!! I have attached a few images to show you my progress! thank you so much and I can't wait to see more progress!   • Hi Sophie! Weighed myself today and I'm so happy to see I have lost 3 kilos! I took your advice and totally cut out wine as well and will only save it for special occasions. I am feeling so much better and very energetic this week :) Have a great weekend Sophie! Cathy xoxox

  • Hey Sophie, Just finished my first Fit Kitchen meal- YUMMY! Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed having something clean, fresh and super tasty! I rarely have time to prep anything like that for myself so it was a really nice change. It was great to be able to head out the door this morning with lunch all ready to go as well! Feeling excited about eating well now combined with training and hopefully achieving some goals. Thank you! 😊
